Portlandia Cocktail

Portlandia:

1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz Sweet Vya
3/4 oz Aperol
Heavy rinse of Campari on the glass
Shake with a wedge of orange
Garnish with a shaved orange peel
